★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato degli occhiali da sole con lente graduata grigio fumo, mi vengono consegnati con lente rossastra, faccio presente la cosa e mi viene detto che sono grigie, successivamente, di fronte all'evidenza, mi viene detto che sono rosse solo a contatto con la pelle, peccato che gli occhiali uno li metta sul viso, tralascio tutta la discussione, altre mille scuse e la scortesia riservata a mia moglie che glieli aveva portati, sta di fatto che li chiamo e mi viene detto "se vuoi risolvere il problema bisogna fare lenti anti riflesso a spese tue, non so che dirti" ...il tutto per non assumersi la propria responsabilità, la mia famiglia va da loro da anni, ma a quanto pare va tutto bene fino a quando paghi e taci, sconsiglio vivamente.

Queste due commesse sono delle persone finte, maleducate, cattive.
I loro occhiali sono più autentici di loro.
