★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio molto peggiorato: ultimamente ho chiesto un incontro col responsabile che NON ha ancora voluto incontrarmi... probabilmente perché non è disponibile ad aiutare i cittadini di Modena ALMENO ascoltandoli? Potrebbe rimediare mah.... l’impressione è che siano più le “chiacchiere che i fatti”. Peccato ... era un servizio che “si prendeva carico” mentre ora “scarica il badile”, preferiscono bearsi degli allori che sostenere attivamente la città e i cittadini.
Much worse service: recently I asked for a meeting with the manager who has NOT yet wanted to meet me ... probably because he is not available to help the citizens of Modena AT LEAST by listening to them? It could be remedied but .... the impression is that it is more "gossip than facts". Too bad ... it was a service that "took charge" while now "unload the shovel", they prefer to bask in their laurels rather than actively support the city and its citizens.
