★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto di Medicina Lunga Degenza. Struttura fatiscente con camere ancora con 4, 5, o addirittura 6 letti. La mia valutazione riguarda esclusivamente il personale: medici, infermieri e OSS professionalmente ineccepibili, gentili e pazienti oltre ogni dire.
Department of Long-stay Medicine. dilapidated structure with rooms still with 4, 5, or even 6 beds. My rating only for the staff: doctors, nurses and OSS professionally impeccable, kind and patient beyond belief.

30 ore di cazzate e attese inutili senza cure! Che se lo sapevo stavo a casa a morire almeno!
Dimissione prima del dovuto su nostra richiesta perche c'era da aver paura e dopo un mese ancora sto aspettando i referti di due esami e la cartella clinica... PERCHÈ NESSUNO RISPONDE AL TELEFONO! Solo il centralino che ti gira ai reparti dove ti sfanculano in 30 secondi! FATE CAGARE!

Aggiungo 2 stelle perchè, per un'emergenza, ho dovuto portare nuovamente qui il mio compagno. Situazione al PS decisamente migliorata, più personale anche di notte e più gentilezza. Ringrazio nuovamente il medico di turno domenica e lunedì mattina per la simpatia e la dolcezza con cui ci ha trattato, le infermiere sono state davvero gentili stavolta e molto comprensive, grazie ancora!
Spero continuiate tutti così!

30 hours of bullshit and unnecessary waiting without treatment! That if I knew I was at home to die at least!
Discharge early on our request because there was something to be afraid of and after a month I am still waiting for the reports of two exams and the medical record ... BECAUSE NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Only the switchboard that turns you to the departments where they screw you up in 30 seconds! DO SHIT!

I add 2 stars because, for an emergency, I had to bring my partner here again. Situation in the PS much improved, more personal even at night and more kindness. I thank the doctor on duty again on Sunday and Monday morning for the kindness and sweetness with which he treated us, the nurses were really kind this time and very understanding, thanks again!
I hope you all continue like this!

Appuntamento alle ore 8.30, visita effettuata da un'infermiera e NON dal Medico in quanto NON presente.
Il Medico é arrivato con tutta calma un'ora dopo l'inizio dell'orario di visita.
Trovo assurdo aspettare due ore per l'esito di un elettrocardiogramma.
Visit booked through CUP.
Appointment at 8.30 am, visit carried out by a nurse and NOT by the doctor as it is NOT present.
The doctor calmly arrived an hour after the start of the visit.
I find it absurd to wait two hours for the outcome of an electrocardiogram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre la professionalità per un esame dell'apparato digestivo, è da mettere in rilievo l'avvicinamento del personale medico ed infermieristico al paziente con tanto di spiegazione e risultati.

4 stelle agli altri "tecnici" che potrebbero migliorare nel trattamento dei pazienti..
La receptionista se non sbaglio, Flavia, molto carina e disponibile.

He followed my illness without ever frightening me.
5 stars to Mr. Umberto, same school as the doctor.
4 stars to other "technicians" who could improve in the treatment of patients ..
