Praticamente chiedono 50€ l'ora e non chiamano quando il lavoro è stato svolto per far intendere che ci è voluto molto tempo. Non mi stupirei se cambiassero i pezzi per tenerseli.
Ho portato il caricatore del Mac per riparazione alle 16.30, mi viene detto che il lavoro non sarà pronto prima del giorno dopo e il tutto mi costerà 20€. Ripasso per caso alle 17.00 per chiedere un informazione e mi ritrovo con il lavoro già svolto e 25€ da pagare. Spero proprio che cambiate politica o che nessuno venga più da voi. Tanti saluti e grazie!

They basically ask for € 50 an hour and don't call when the work has been done to make it clear that it took a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if they changed the pieces to keep them.
I took the Mac charger for repair at 4.30pm, I am told that the job will not be ready until the next day and it will cost me € 20. By chance I review at 17.00 to ask for information and I find myself with the work already done and € 25 to pay. I really hope you change your policy or that no one comes to you anymore. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho effettuato la sostituzione di uno schermo LCD di un Huawei P20… esperienza pessima… mi hanno fatto pagare il costo di uno schermo LCD originale per poi scoprire successivamente in un centro Huawei che lo schermo era di concorrenza e non originale. E mi limito a dire questo… senza specificare il pessimo assemblaggio di cui parte dello schermo si staccava dalla scocca omettendo di rimontare parti del microfono… portate i vostri dispositivi in altri centri!
I replaced an LCD screen of a Huawei P20 ... very bad experience ... they made me pay the cost of an original LCD screen only to discover later in a Huawei center that the screen was a competitor and not an original one. And I will just say this ... without specifying the bad assembly of which part of the screen was detached from the body by failing to reassemble parts of the microphone ... take your devices to other centers!
