In entrambe Vi è stata un ottima organizzazione, Buon cibo e sopratutto stupefatto dalla bella l’idea di creare un app per interagire durante le cene. I attended the Halloween event in San Giorgio and yesterday at the one at the Mercenasco Castle. In both there was an excellent organization, good food and above all amazed by the beautiful idea of creating an app to interact during dinners.

Eravamo stati a cene con spettacolo molto simili ma devo dire che queste sono state decisamente migliori. Urbi et otium ha un servizio impeccabile nella gestione prenotazioni e nel supporto clienti (sempre molto cordiali nel rispondere ai vari dubbi) ma sopratutto usa ottimi partner per le proprie cene. Il valore aggiunto sono le diverse location utilizzate che sono uniche e valorizzano il territorio. Uno speciale ringraziamento al simpaticissimo e disponibile fotografo Massimo. We went to the dinner with crime both in mercenasco and at the castle of san giorgio. We had been to very similar show dinners but I have to say these were far better. Urbi et otium has an impeccable service in booking management and customer support (always very friendly in answering various doubts) but above all it uses excellent partners for own dinners. The added value is the different locations used which are unique and enhance the territory. A special thanks to the very nice and helpful photographer Massimo.

L'organizzazione di Urbi e Otium eccezionali. Sono stati celeri e disponibili nel rispondere ai nostri quesiti. Abbiamo chiesto 3 camere doppie e una singola all'atto della prenotazione. SENZA DIRCI NULLA ci sono state date 2 doppie e 1 tripla. IN PERIODO COVID a mio parere è inammissibile. Inoltre, segnalate allergie alimentari che non sono state prese in considerazione. Scarsa disponibilità al dialogo; nei giorni precedenti alla data, il telefono degli organizzatori è stato spento, tant'è che in hotel il receptionista imbarazzato per la camera tripla ha detto che non riusciva a contattarli perché in possesso del nostro stesso numero. We asked for 3 double rooms and one single when booking. WITHOUT TELLING US NOTHING we were given 2 doubles and 1 triple. IN THE PERIOD COVID in my opinion is inadmissible. Also, report food allergies that have not been taken into consideration. Lack of willingness to dialogue; in the days before the date, the organizers' phone was turned off, so much so that the receptionist at the hotel, embarrassed by the triple room, said that he could not contact them because he had the same number as us.

Purtroppo, come può succedere, 2 giorni prima dell'evento alcuni familiari iniziano ad ammalarsi per cui, preoccupata, scrivo subito una mail...nulla. Un'altra mail...nulla. Provo a scrivere su wattsapp...mi rimandano alla mail. La mattina dell'evento un nostro familiare (che sarebbe dovuto essere con noi quella sera) risulta positivo al Covid per cui riscrivo nuovamente alla mail e mando lo screenshot anche via wattsapp. Nulla. Ero disposta anche ad inviare la relativa documentazione visto che il voucher di rimborso valido per 18 mesi (come scritto sul sito) era previsto in caso di positività. NULLA. Stamattina allora provo a farmi santire su Facebook e lì mi rispondono subito. Peccato però che appena spiego bene il mio problema i commenti vengono subito cancellati dal social e spariscono di nuovo. A questo punto inizio a credere che NON ci sia proprio la volontà di venire incontro al cliente, anzi...prevendita intascata e tanti cari saluti. Ormai ho capito che i soldi li ho persi ed è un peccato perchè noi siamo una grande comitiva e io sarei andata per provare e poi organizzare cene di gruppo/lavoro che ovviamente non farò con loro. Too bad, however, that as soon as I explain my problem well, the comments are immediately deleted from the social network and disappear again. At this point I begin to believe that there is NOT just the will to meet the customer, on the contrary ... presale pocketed and many greetings. By now I understand that I have lost the money and it is a shame because we are a large group and I would have gone to try and then organize group / work dinners which obviously I will not do with them. R	Robertonef65 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospiti (4 Adulti) evento “cena con delitto” Sabato 30 Aprile , siamo stati “relegati” in una “fredda” serata primaverile (10 gradi temperatura esterna) su una terrazza panoramica "all'aperto" della struttura Villa Icidia (Frascati) per una cena organizzata in maniera “molto approssimativa e deficitaria “ con prestabilito menù fisso (all inclusive), pasti di decente qualità, ma non di quantità, con nota stonata: “dolce della casa” rappresentato da una piccola porzione di macedonia di frutta, servizio (unica nota positiva) apprezzabile e volenteroso. Lo spettacolo evento: approssimativo senza sceneggiatura e ridotto ai minimi termini (forse per il freddo!)"Serata da dimenticare" per la struttura , l'organizzazione dell'evento e per tutti gli ospiti scontenti (come noi), insoddisfatti ed "infreddoliti". In primis riteniamo sia stato un grossolano errore organizzativo farla fuori sul terrazzo all'aperto ad aprile perchè faceva piuttosto freddo e sull'annuncio non c'era scritto; se ci fosse stato scritto la gente avrebbe quantomeno saputo come vestirsi. In secundis la "cena con delitto" intorno a cui ruotava tanto la nostra curiositá non è stata altro che un piccolo spettacolino di quattro commedianti in salsa napoletana frammentato tra una portata e l'altra. Non c'era il giallo, il mistero, la tensione di una storia ben raccontata e la ricostruzione di indizi su cui lo spettatore poteva ragionare. Il cibo era buono e il ristorante era bello, ma questi meriti vanno perlopiù a chi ha ospitato la serata poichè se dovessi giudicare solo il gruppo promotore dell'evento direi che, pur apprezzando l'impegno, occorre migliorare sia nella messa in scena dal vivo che nella comunicazione degli eventi via internet.
