★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prodotti ok, ed il signore che ci ha servito gentile, anche se eccessivo nelle proposte, va bene dover vendere, ma magari senza farmi passar la voglia. Abbiamo acquistato comunque una decorazione sotto i terribili sguardi delle altre 3 commesse. Ci tornerei solo perché è uno dei negozi meglio forniti per quanto riguarda feste.
 The products ok, and the gentleman who served us kindly, even if excessive in the proposals, it's good to have to sell, but maybe without making me want to. However, we purchased a decoration under the terrible looks of the other 3 orders. I would stay here again just because it is one of the best stocked stores for parties.

La festa è stata annullata e ho chiesto indietro i miei 50€ di ACCONTO per 7 (SETTE) palloncini. Non hanno voluto ridarmi i soldi dicendomi che potevano solo farmi un buono, peccato che la legge prevede la restituzione.
(La disdetta è stata data con più di una settimana di anticipo e i 7 palloncini chiaramente non erano stati ancora gonfiati).
Tralasciando la maleducazione e arroganza i prezzi sono altissimi, 95€ per 7 palloncini.
Se non volete restituire i soldi dovreste almeno scriverlo o dirlo al momento del pagamento dell'acconto, come minimo...
I could put zero stars I would.
The party was canceled and I asked for my € 50 DEPOSIT for 7 (SEVEN) balloons back. They did not want to give me back the money, telling me that they could only make me a voucher, too bad that the law provides for a refund.
(The cancellation was given more than a week in advance and the 7 balloons clearly had not yet been inflated).
Leaving aside the rudeness and arrogance, the prices are very high, 95 € for 7 balloons.
If you don't want to return the money you should at least write it down or say it when paying the deposit, at least ...

Ho appena pagato un palloncino a forma di cuore (san Valentino) ben €9,50
Per poi scoprire che sul sito propongo un tris dello stesso palloncino a €26,90!!!
Ed hanno anche stentato a fare lo scontrino fiscale!
Sconsiglio vivamente

La sua risposta a sfottò è quanto di peggio potesse scrivere e, soprattutto, non fa altro che avvalorare la mia tesi: un commerciante onesto espone i prezzi al cliente....ma la parola onestà ed educazione palesemente non le si addicono.
Ho trovato gli stessi palloncino a € 5 poco distante...peggio per lei
La poca "scattanza" allo scontrino mi è stata comunque confermata da altri malcapitati clienti!

Her answer to teasing is the worst she could write and, above all, it does nothing but corroborate my thesis: an honest trader exposes the prices to the customer .... but the word honesty and education clearly do not suit her.
I found the same balloon for € 5 nearby ... worse for her
The lack of "sprint" on the receipt was however confirmed to me by other unfortunate customers!
