Avevo provato un vestito a luglio e in attesa che arrivasse la taglia giusta in negozio, mi era stato detto di attendere e avrei ricevuto una chiamata per fissare un appuntamento. Trascorre un mese e non arriva alcuna chiamata. Decido perciò di richiamare e al telefono mi viene detto che è il cliente a dover fissare l'appuntamento, come se io conoscessi la loro agenda o potessi sapere se effettivamente il vestito fosse arrivato nell'atelier. Per avere un vestito di cui andava fatto solo l'orlo, per prendere le misure sono dovuta passare due volte. Per il ritiro mi era stato detto di passare all'orario che più gradivo, venendo poi informata, tramite terzi, neanche in modo diretto, il giorno stesso, che il vestito non fosse ancora pronto e avrei dovuto aspettare la sera o il giorno seguente, giustificandosi che avessero altri vestiti da terminare che avevano richiesto più tempo. Scusa non plausibile, dal momento in cui pago per un servizio e mi aspetto di riceverlo nei tempi previsti. Più che una favola, come dice il nome, sembra una tragedia. To have a dress that only had to hem, I had to go through twice to take the measurements. For the collection, I was told to go to the time I liked best, and was then informed, through third parties, not even directly, the same day, that the dress was not yet ready and I would have to wait until the evening or the following day, justifying that they had other clothes to finish that had taken longer. Implausible excuse, from the moment I pay for a service and expect to receive it on schedule. More than a fairy tale, as the name implies, it looks like a tragedy.

Essendo la testimone cercavo un abito semplice ma elegante allo stesso tempo e da "Come in una Favola" ho trovato l'abito perfetto! Le ragazze sono state gentilissime e disponibili sia durante la scelta che durante le varie prove con la sarta che è stata bravissima nell'effettuare alcune modifiche richieste. Super soddisfatta di tutto e della bella figura che ho fatto! I bought a formal dress for the wedding of a dear friend of mine. Being the best man I was looking for a simple but elegant dress at the same time and from "Come in una Favola" I found the perfect dress! The girls were very kind and helpful both during the choice and during the various tests with the seamstress who was very good in making some required changes. Super satisfied with everything and the good impression I made!

Fortunatamente io non sono stata una delle malcapitate, ma mia madre e mia suocera che hanno acquistato i loro abiti per il mio matrimonio, sì. Già da subito avremmo dovuto capire il loro modo di "lavorare", quando abbiamo assistito ad una scena vergognosa in negozio: due spose a cui davanti a me è stato detto che i loro abiti non erano pronti ad una settimana dal matrimonio! Con una sola sarta ad occuparsi di tutto, mentre la proprietaria, sarta anche lei, era in ferie, tutto il lavoro è andato ad un rilento pauroso. Impressioni confermate quando cinque giorni prima del matrimonio i nostri abiti non erano ancora pronti, e volevano anche essere pagate in anticipo con la promessa di farceli arrivare a casa! Mi ha consigliato di togliere un nastro di raso posizionato sul petto in modo tale da poter indossare una collana, peccato che quel nastrino a detta sua inutile manteneva unita tutta la parte d'avanti dell'abito che di conseguenza una volta strappato (si me lo ha strappato mentre avevo il vestito indossato per cui vi lascio immaginare la precisione del lavoro) il vestito ha iniziato a cedere. Mi ha imbastito l'orlo tutto storto, penso che io a occhi chiusi riuscivo a farlo più dritto. Le spalline erano imbastite storte, insomma un disastro, non una favola. Ho portato il vestito presso un altra sarta che è stata davvero brava a sistemare i danni, anche se la parte d'avanti ormai era distrutta, non si manteneva più per cui ho dovuto chiudere la scollatura. Lo sconsiglio se non volete trovare brutte sorprese sul vestito dei vostri sogni. I bought a wedding dress at this store, unfortunately the seamstress was not professional at all ... I took the dress to another seamstress who was really good at fixing the damage, even if the front part was now destroyed, it didn't hold up anymore so I had to close the neckline. I do not recommend it if you do not want to find nasty surprises on the dress of your dreams.

Bellissimi vestiti ottimi prezzi... Personale esperto gentile e simpatico. Chiara la titolare molto simpatica ed esperta nel settore anche maschile,ha saputo accontentare ogni nostra esigenza. La sarta aveva delle mani fatate ha modificato alla perfezione il vestito da sposa e teso unico è adatto a me... Che dire non potevamo chiedere di più.
