K	Kewin Kubryk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent food, decent prices, service sloooooow as hell, 10 minutes to get pepper after I had to stand up, beers not even in sight. I felt strongly that we were disturbing the waitress. The waiter serving other tables was way more polite.

After having to ask twice for the menu I ordered a beer and a pizza capriciosa. About 10 minutes later the waiter brought a glass of wine... After telling him I had not ordered this he went back to the kitchen, to hopefully get a beer. However, this was not the case and I had to ask for it again. By the time it arrived it was about half past nine and I was starting to get quite hungry. Every now and then a pizza would appear out of the kitchen, unfortunately not mine. In the end I had to wait for one hour before my pizza arrived after having to ask for it multiple times. I was glad to finally get some food but had to be disappointed again by the terribly tough, greasy dough of the pizza. Besides, it was extremely salty. In conclusion, my experience was the opposite of great. I would recommend to not go here if you want anything but a drink!!

Totally understaffed, therefore waitress neither friendly nor attentive and took us quite some efforts to make an order. Caprese salad came without oil or anything and looked like just thrown together, mozzarella piece not even cut. Pizza was mediocre. Received cutlery only after asking.

We asked if we could go inside, they didn’t let us because of the covid restrictions but it was not a problem for them the whole family with cold symptoms on the table next to us. Do not reccomend!

The wait wasn't as long for the food to arrive but the check had different items we didn't order from a 40 euro bill 7.50 were not something we ordered or received. Had to go to restroom (men and women's are on different floors FYI) men's bathroom was really dirty and had no soap or sanitizer so tough luck there. All this is unfortunate as the place had young staff and potential but lying to your costumers is not good. I do wish to go back there someday and see that things are different but for my current experience I can not recommend it.
J	John Harmon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a good experience here. Open earlier than most for a drink and dinner. Bartender was great. Knows what she’s doing. Had apertivi and then pancetta and stracciatella pizza. It was really good. I would recommend it and go again. The atmosphere is urban (hence the name). If they played some mix of music besides hiphop it would be an improvement. Otherwise, a good place.
