I started practicing yoga with Valentina right after the pandemic. His lessons are not just a single moment but also something that remains afterwards, a wonderful opportunity for personal growth. I also attended his yoga retreats (wonderful experience and highly recommended). Plus, all Bliss members are great people who can enrich you in some way. Glad I approached yoga with them
