Le discipline vengono insegnate con metodo e passione, la migliore in zona o forse nella regione! Gli insegnanti sono tutti molto bravi, conoscono bene il metodo iyengar e lo insegnano con passione e competenza. Non guasta, anzi rende tutto ancora più piacevole, il clima di simpatia ed amicizia nel quale le lezioni si svolgono. Un'ora trascorsa presso questo centro è un balsamo per il corpo ma soprattutto per lo spirito! Super consigliato I practice yoga at the sun center and I have a great time. The teachers are all very good, they know the iyengar method well and teach it with passion and competence. It does not hurt, indeed it makes everything even more pleasant, the atmosphere of sympathy and friendship in which the lessons take place. V	Valeria Fasiello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da tre anni e mezzo frequento i corsi di tai chi e shaolin con Alessandro Borrescio e Kenji Corsano e da poco anche di yoga con Riccardo Spedicato, Maestri eccezionali che coniugano un conoscenza della disciplina con competenze trasversali nell'ambito delle scienze, dell'anatomia e della filosofia. Ciò offre un percorso di crescita psico-fisica che va oltre il mero esercizio fisico. Il tutto si svolge in un bellissimo clima di grande famiglia. Non guasta l'essere accolti in un ambiente curato nei minimi dettagli per offrire la migliore esperienza di pratica possibile. For three and a half years I have been attending tai chi and shaolin courses with Alessandro Borrescio and Kenji Corsano and recently also yoga with Riccardo Spedicato, exceptional masters who combine a knowledge of the discipline with transversal skills in the sciences, anatomy and of philosophy.
