★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La palestra offre diversi corsi tra cui taekwondo e ginnastica posturale ed ha un bravissimo istruttore di fitness. La sala pesi è discreta anche se con attrezzi datati. Il costo di frequenza è fra i più bassi a Lecce... il che la rende interessante. Tuttavia molte attrezzature d'uso più frequente come i tapis roulant, le cyclette o gli step non funzionano.
The gym offers several courses including taekwondo and postural gymnastics and has a very good fitness instructor. The weight room is discreet although with dated equipment. The cost of attendance is among the lowest in Lecce ... which makes it interesting. However, many more frequently used equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes or steps do not work.
