★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il gestore apre (puntualmente) in ritardo di almeno mezz'ora, e non di rado si crea fila nell'attesa che, con calma e senza scusarsi minimamente, arrivi. Giá di per sè gli orari segnati sono piuttosto "comodi" per un tabacchino che fornisce importanti servizi pubblici come il pagamento di bollettini e il ritiro di pacchi, in più questo atteggiamento irrispettoso nei confronti della clientela mi spinge ad evitarlo ogni volta che mi è possibile.
The manager opens (punctually) late by at least half an hour, and not infrequently there is a queue waiting for it to arrive, calmly and without apologizing in the least. Already in itself, the times marked are quite "comfortable" for a tobacconist that provides important public services such as paying bills and collecting parcels, plus this disrespectful attitude towards customers pushes me to avoid it whenever possible. .
