★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho frequentato per circa 4 mesi. La pratica yoga presso l'Upeksa Studio mi ha portato a un migliorato generale. La percezione è un benessere sia fisico sia di rilassamento mentale e una migliore percezione del mio corpo. Nadia, l’insegnante, è molto preparata.
 I attended for about 4 months. The practice of yoga at the Upeksa Studio has led to an improved general. Perception is both physical and mental relaxation and a better perception of my body. Nadia, the teacher, is very prepared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono avvicinata al centro Upeksa Studio Yoga per caso. Dapprima mi sono iscritta al corso di Mindfullness, per ridurre il livello di stress. Lo consiglio vivamente, è molto utile e insegna ad affrontare le insidie della giornata. Successivamente ho frequentato il corso di Kundalini yoga ( meditativo) e poi il corso il Flow yoga (dinamico). La location invernale è confortevole e suggestiva quella estiva. Nadia, l'insegnante, è molto professionale, preparata e al tempo stesso attenta ad ognuno di noi. Michela
I approached the Upeksa Studio Yoga center by accident. First I enrolled in the Mindfulness course to reduce the stress level. I highly recommend it, it is very useful and teaches how to face the dangers of the day. Subsequently I attended the course of Kundalini yoga (meditative) and then the course the Flow yoga (dynamic).
