★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a longer wait we got the worst table in a corner, staff doesn't speak any language besides italian and they get visibly annoyed when you dont understand what are you trying to say. We got damaged spoons over 20 minutes afer we ordered. They added 6 euros more for table service even though we had to get up and go order at bar. Rude staff, lukewarm tasteless coffee, no view from table, more than half an hour of wait in total and a funny price????
Not to mention that the extra 6€ the 3 of us had to pay for "2€ for service per person" wasnt seen anywhere on the menu, even though they claimed it is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu items are fairly solid, but the staff (not just here, but in all of Italy) refuse to use English, which is unacceptable since it is a huge tourist attraction. Prices are way too high for the quantity you get, and it is not the best quality, I mean everything is the same as everywhere else and those things can be bought in stores (alcohol etc.). But the absolute worst thing of all is definetely the 2€ fee for service. It isn't that we had to give 2€, but the fact we didn't even know we had to. Those "tricks" will only get them to lose costumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to see the sunset behind St Peter's Basilica with sweeping views of Rome. Crowded, service was slow. We cancelled our 2nd round. It was getting cold and we got tired of waiting. There's a line to get in, so come early.
Take cash! The remote credit card reader is too far away from the modem to pick up a signal. I got an error 3 times. The card worked perfectly after that everywhere else, except one cafe with the same remote problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Central location and nice views. Visited when the rooftop about 40 % full. Moved seats after ordering and got absolutely scolded by power tripping staff. Rude and unprofessional for no reason whatsoever. Finished our drinks and left quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Drinks are ok, but 3 of us waited over 20 mins just to get 2 coffees with milk and 1 cappuccino(at the table, not the waiting outside). Coffee with milk is 4,50€ and cappuccino is 5€, but the bill was 20€ because "service 2€ per person". They said the 2€ per person is written on the menu, but it is somewhere on the side (probably, i haven't seen it), while it should be the first thing we should see before ordering. All in all, even if the inside is nice, it was still horrible from the beginning to the end- from waiting over 20 mins to get coffee to the end resulting in paying way more than we should have, and not to mention that those 6€ we had to pay extra are 7,5 times more money in our currency, which is way too much for this.

The rigatoni all Amatricianas, with an “s” at the end because they use spanish chorizo i stead of bacon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love restaurant and roof top cocktail/champagne bar. Roof top views or Rome and if course those lovely Rome sunsets. I asked my partner to marry me here. Staff are lovely. The prices are reasonable for high quality food and drink. We'll go back whenever we visit Rome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view from the roof. Drinks are ok, prices are as expected ~12-14€ per cocktail/Longdrink. Unfortunately the staff is a bit pretentiously, bored and not really interested in the customer experience. You’ll most probably line up in a queue (20-30min) but this felt intended and not necessary as well.
