Una stella per il personale un po' scortese, ma soprattutto per la politica adottata sui resi: si restituisce l'articolo comprato ma bisogna per forza entro un mese comprare qualcos'altro dello stesso prezzo, non ci sono altre possibilità. Non danno nessun buono, non restituiscono soldi, figuriamoci, puoi solo comprare un'altra cosa di pari valore o oltre. che palle e poi dicono di comprare nei negozi...Amazon e altri restituiscono tutto e tutto più comodamente. Pessima esperienza. Soldi buttati, la scelta è pochissima, il negozio è piccolissimo.

Per quanto mi riguarda, ero una cliente abituale nel punto vendita di Gavinana e sono rimasta cliente di Claudia, la ragazza del reparto sportivo, sin da allora. A tal proposito posso dire con certezza che lì dentro è la persona più qualificata e più disponibile che c’è. La signora anziana che sta alla cassa è invece spesso scortese. Nel complesso il negozio di via Masaccio non è male ma la quasi totalità di articoli a marchio Champions è nauseante. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti, e per i miei bambini preferisco comprare altrove a prezzi più accessibili.
