Fin da subito, abbiamo trovato in Laura (la titolare) una persona cordiale in grado di far fronte alle nostre richieste, sia di gusti che di budget.
Possiamo senza dubbio confermare la nostra soddisfazione nell'esserci rivolti presso di loro, non solo per quanto riguarda il prodotto acquistato e per come è stato montato, ma soprattutto per come Laura ha saputo seguirci e cosigliarci immedesimandosi nel cliente.
Vorremmo inoltre complimentarci con il tecnico che ci ha montato le porte, persone davvero educate, premurose e molto pulite nel lavoro.
We turned to Universo Porte to change the interior doors of our home.
Right from the start, we found in Laura (the owner) a friendly person able to meet our demands, both in terms of taste and budget.
We can undoubtedly confirm our satisfaction in having dealt with them, not only as regards the product purchased and how it was assembled, but above all for how Laura has been able to follow us and advise us in identifying with the customer.
We would also like to congratulate the technician who fitted the doors, people who are really polite, caring and very clean at work.
