★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neanche vincessi al gratta e vinci regalerei più un solo euro a questi,esperienza terribile,nessuna tutela da parte del cliente che malauguratamente fa una proposta di acquisto da loro,finiture scadenti tra l’altro come scadenti sono state le parole dette e non mantenute,problemi creati continuamente da loro e per come è finita sono contento di aver rinunciato all’acquisto non ne valeva proprio la pena
Not even if I won the scratch card I would give a single euro more to them, terrible experience, no protection from the customer who unfortunately makes a purchase proposal from them, poor finishes among other things as poor as the words were said and not kept, problems continually created by them and as it ended I am happy to have given up the purchase it was not worth the effort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impresa che costruisce immobili pieni di difetti facendoli strapagare e che non da alcuna garanzia post vendita. Errori di progettazione, utilizzo di materiali pessimi e persino planimetrie sbagliate. Prezzi che cambiano da un giorno all'altro in base all'umore delle titolari. Si avvalgono di collaboratori che per tentare di risolvere i problemi devono intervenire almeno cinque o sei volte (andando a tentativi) senza peraltro mai riuscirci. Comprare casa da loro è stato un errore imperdonabile, caldamente sconsigliati.
Company that builds buildings full of defects making them overpaid and that does not give any after-sales guarantee. Design errors, use of bad materials and even wrong floor plans. Prices that change from day to day based on the mood of the owners. They make use of collaborators who, in order to try to solve problems, must intervene at least five or six times (by making attempts) without ever succeeding. Buying a house from them was an unforgivable mistake, strongly discouraged.
