C'è mancanza di informazione e quando è richiesta esplicitamente e specificatamente non viene data. Ho chiesto aiuto per muovermi sul sito Disfor Genova ed info riguardo l'immatricolazione. Risposte fredde, incomplete e incredibilmente distaccate. Posso dire di non aver trovato aiuto nella segreteria che dovrebbe essere tra le prime a risolvere i problemi di incomprensione ed aiuto verso il prossimo quando ce ne sia bisogno, attraverso qualsiasi mezzo, mail, telefono o di persona. Poco o per nulla disponibili. Questo trasmette, secondo la mia idea di aiuto nei confronti di chi ha bisogno di essere guidato, una mancanza di professionalità e di rispetto nei confronti delle persone e del lavoro in se stesso. Disponibilità, prontezza nel dare le informazioni e gioia nel farlo è quello che ci vuole ma che ho riscontrato mancare. Unfortunately, I am sorry to have to give the university a negative vote. There is a lack of information and when it is explicitly and specifically requested it is not given. I asked for help to move on the Disfor Genova website and info about enrollment. Cold, incomplete and incredibly detached answers. I can say that I have not found help in the secretariat which should be among the first to solve problems of misunderstanding and help towards others when needed, through any means, mail, telephone or in person. Little or not at all available. This conveys, according to my idea of help towards those who need to be guided, a lack of professionalism and respect towards people and work itself. Availability, promptness in giving information and joy in doing so is what it takes but which I found lacking.
