Mi sono recata per un cambio merce, (scarpe acquistate regolarmente a prezzo pieno, non parlo di articoli in saldo), e mi è stato risposto che se non preventivamente concordato con la commessa e annotato sullo scontrino, il cambio non era previsto, e poteva essere effettuato (quasi come una grazia) solo con merce della stessa marca, o con le rimanenze di magazzino che tengono esposte all'interno. Non piacendomi nulla di tutto ciò, o non essendoci numeri disponibili, si sono rifiutati non solo di cambiare con articolo di altra marca, ma ANCHE DI FARMI UN BUONO. Ho contattato la guardia di finanza e mi è stato confermato che, per quanto limiti della legalità, dovrebbero essere loro ad informare preventivamente il cliente, e non il cliente a dover dire loro preventivamente che forse vorrà effettuare un cambio merce. Comunque, per non sbagliare di incappare in cambi annunciati o non, ed anche solo per la scarsa considerazione che hanno verso la soddisfazione del cliente, meglio girare alla larga.
