★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Ho acquistato un paio di infradito nel negozio di Sestri Ponente, con obbligo di indossare un calzino al momento della misurazione. In negozio le scarpe scivolavano bene, mentre indossate il giorno successivo, per strada mi facevano malissimo, causandomi addirittura tagli tra le dita. Sono stata indirizzata nel negozio di Via San Vincenzo per parlare col titolare, chiedendo di venirmi in contro in qualche modo e, non solo mi è stato rifiutato qualsiasi compromesso, ma sono anche stata trattata piuttosto male da lui, che quasi non mi ha lasciata parlare, usando toni alti e forti. Ho preferito non fare scenate, ma non mi vedono più. Le commesse di Sestri sono state molto gentili, ma dato che il titolare è lui, i miei soldi li porto altrove! Esigo educazione innanzitutto. E anche il riconoscere merce difettosa, essendo che anche la suola è già tutta spellata e leggermente scollata da un lato dopo l'uso di un solo giorno. Sembrano scarpe vecchie di sei mesi.
