Hanno ottime scarpe che durano negli anni, ottimi prodotti! Complimenti a voi. Bravissime le comesse!! I bought espadrilles from them in 2006 and I kept them until 2019, I said I used them not much more !!! Today I always bought the new ones from them !! They have excellent shoes that last over the years, excellent products! Congratulations to you. Very good the orders !!

( mai avuto scarpe con il tacco cosi comode ) grazie mille ! sicuramente tornero a trovarvi Friday I bought shoes and bags for a friend's wedding, with patience and professionalism the guy always very kind advised me in a combination that made me receive compliments during one of the most beautiful and important days of my life ... (never had such comfortable heeled shoes) thank you very much! I will definitely come back to see you
A	Alessandra Mangini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno. Avevo comprato un paio di Espadrillas la settimana scorsa e trovandomi benissimo avevo deciso di acquistarne un paio uguali ma di colore diverso. Mi sono presentata alle ore 14.30 ma il negozio era apparentemente chiuso. Ho pensato non facessero orario continuato ma ho letto gli orari sulla porta .. mercoledì continuato. E' uscito quindi dal negozio il proprietario immagino e non mi ha considerata per nulla... c'era un problema tecnico ( credo la serranda della vetrina che non si alzava)..io gli ho spiegato che volevo semplicemente acquistare un altro paio di scarpe uguali senza provarle e che non potevo aspettare visto che entro al lavoro alle ore 15.00. Non ha voluto sentire ragione, non mi ha neanche chiesto di cosa avessi bisogno, sembrava chiedessi un'udienza al papa...semplicemente volevo acquistare un paio di scarpe già provate e già viste...da prendere, pagare e portare via...invece davo solo fastidio... mi è stato detto di tornare domani se volevo nell'ora... ma ci siamo? E' il modo di trattare una cliente? Vi meritate gente che le prova e le compra su Internet invece di una persona che ne compra un paio e ne vuole ricomprare un altro. Non ci siete soltanto voi. Alessandra Mangini Good morning. I had bought a pair of Espadrilles last week and finding myself very well I decided to buy a pair of the same but of a different color. I showed up at 2.30pm but the shop was apparently closed. I thought they didn't work all day but I read the times on the door .. Wednesday continued. So the owner came out of the shop and I guess he didn't consider me at all ... there was a technical problem (I think the window shutter didn't go up) .. I explained to him that I just wanted to buy another pair of shoes the same without trying them on and that I could not wait since I enter work at 15.00. He didn't want to hear me right, he didn't even ask me what I needed, he seemed to ask for an audience with the pope ... I just wanted to buy a pair of shoes already tried on and seen ... to take, pay for and take away .. .instead I was just annoying ... I was told to come back tomorrow if I wanted to in the hour ... but are we there? Is this the way to treat a customer? You deserve people trying them out and buying them on the Internet instead of someone buying a pair and wanting to buy another one back. It's not just you. Alessandra Mangini
e	elle pi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un piccolo problema con una borsa acquistata da loro e si sono prodigati per la riparazione in maniera molto gentile e professionale.. questo fa effettivamente la differenza rispetto a un acquisto su Internet I had a small problem with a bag I bought from them and they went out of their way to repair it very kindly and professionally .. this actually makes a difference compared to an internet purchase.

Complimenti davvero per la disponibilità e la gentilezza, sono sicuramente la chiave per avere un ottimo negozio come il vostro. Well stocked shop with excellent quality products. Although they were closing down, the very kind owner let us in and try on different shoes. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and patient as I tried on multiple variations and sizes of boots I saw. I decided on a pair, and had a few questions regarding leather protection (waterproofing). The woman helping me was happy to help give me directions, and walk me out to the street to show me to a shoe repair shop up the way that would help service my shoes. So pleased with my purchase and the service I received here. Thank you!
