Dal contatto con la biblioteca ho ricevuto poche ed errate informazioni circa il funzionamento del prestito librario; inoltre, ho assistito a una certa discrezionalità nell'erogazione del servizio, sintomo di un ufficio molto inefficiente. Se si vuole migliorare la qualità dell'Ateneo (rinomatamente scarsa), bisogna partire nel formare bene le PERSONE, anziché buttarle lì dando loro uno stipendio non meritato e per niente sudato.

If you want to improve the quality of the University (well known as poor), you have to start by training PEOPLE well, instead of throwing them there giving them an undeserved salary and not at all sweaty.
