o	ottorino rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato la stampa tipografica di un libro che ho scritto. Il prodotto finito è stato aderente alle aspettative. Il motivo della recensione estremamente positiva deriva in effetti da un difetto di stampa che ha reso inservibili alcune delle copie consegnate. È infatti il modo in cui si pone rimedio agli inconvenienti che possono purtroppo verificarsi che discrimina la qualità del servizio. La celerità e la disponibilità dimostrate, l'immediata assunzione di responsabilità e la gentilezza hanno trasformato una esperienza potenzialmente negativa in una prova di certa affidabilità. Sono sicuro che nel futuro non avrò remore nel tornare ad affidarmi alla nuova eliografica. Grazie di nuovo I ordered a letterpress of a book I wrote. The finished product met expectations. The reason for the extremely positive review derives in fact from a printing defect that made some of the delivered copies useless. It is in fact the way in which the problems that may unfortunately occur are remedied that discriminates against the quality of the service. The speed and availability demonstrated, the immediate assumption of responsibility and kindness have transformed a potentially negative experience into a proof of certain reliability. I am sure that in the future I will have no hesitation in returning to rely on the new heliography. Thanks again

Ho provato questo posto circa 3 volte e ho avuto sempre un'esperienza negativa. La prima volta, circa un anno fa, ho stampato un foglio per l'università che ho pagato 40 centesimi (cosa che già mi sembra assurda, considerando che le copisterie di via Ernesto Basile chiedono 5 centesimi a fotocopia). Le altre volte sono sempre stati lenti, distratti e sgarbati offrendo anche un servizio nemmeno lontanamente mediocre. Oggi invece ho deciso di dare l'ultima chance al posto, soprattutto perché le altre copisterie erano chiuse e ho stampato dei fogli che ho correttamente pagato a 5 centesimi. Ma poi ecco l'ennesima truffa. Ho chiesto al personale di scannerizzare un foglio e mandarlo via email che ho pagato a 1,50 euro. Chiedo ragione e maleducatamente mi è stato detto che ho pagato un "servizio". Vorrei proprio sapere di quale difficoltoso e dispendioso servizio stiamo parlando considerando che si trattava di inserire un indirizzo email e cliccare invio. Chiaramente non mi vedranno nemmeno se dovessero essere l'ultimo posto rimasto sulla terra, perché la maleducazione e l'arroganza, mista alla costante truffa merita solo di non essere più frequentato. The first time, about a year ago, I printed a paper for the university which I paid 40 cents (which already seems absurd to me, considering that the copy shops in via Ernesto Basile ask for 5 cents per photocopy). Other times they have always been slow, distracted and rude while offering even remotely mediocre service. Today, however, I decided to give the place the last chance, especially since the other copy shops were closed and I printed some sheets that I correctly paid for at 5 cents. But then here's yet another scam. I asked the staff to scan a sheet and email it which I paid for 1.50 euros. I ask for reason and was rudely told that I paid a "service". I would really like to know what difficult and expensive service we are talking about considering that it was a question of entering an email address and clicking send. Clearly they will not even see me if they were to be the last place left on earth, because the rudeness and arrogance, mixed with the constant scam only deserves not to be frequented anymore.

Vado per stampare due tesi....tutto ok, ma una figura viene male e c'è una macchia d'inchiostro sul bordo del foglio: "colpa del macchinario (foto 2) - mi si dice - te la ristampiamo, ripassa domani". Passo come da accordi, se non che il dipendente ha ben pensato di....tagliare il foglio di 4 mm per eliminare la macchia d'inchiostro!! "guarda, te lo dico onestamente, ho tagliato questo foglio ma se vuoi te la rifaccio"...ok, armato di tanta pazienza ripasso il giorno dopo... Ma è ora che si sono superati!! Per evitare per la seconda volta di rifarmela...me la consegnano con un foglio COMPLETAMENTE strappato (foto 1)! Ma secondo voi è normale presentare una tesi così...è normale questa presa in giro? Eppure sono passato da voi 3 volte, per 3 giorni, per farvi capire come volevo "usare" i miei soldi... Beh complimenti. Dovevo stampare altre 3 copie...adesso, per risparmiare pochi € di ristampa ne avete persi un centinaio. Chapeau! I'm not at all bad for reviewing someone negatively, but this time I looked for it. To avoid a second time to rifarmela ... I hand it with a completely torn sheet (photo 1)! But according to you it is normal to present a thesis like this ... is this teasing normal? Yet I went to you 3 times, for 3 days, to make you understand how I wanted to "use" my money ... Well congratulations. I had to print another 3 copies ... now you have lost a hundred to save a few € reprint. Chapeau!

Stampe da rifilare nuovamente in privato, rovinate e/o piegate in ogni bordo. High availability of staff, but poor quality ratio of materials and tools used compared to price. Prints to be trimmed again in private, damaged and / or folded at each edge.

Gentilissimo il figlio del titolare che si è occupato personalmente del lavoro, nonostante la grande affluenza di clienti e richieste, ha gestito il lavoro in maniera perfetta, se non fosse per un apostrofo saltato... "un analisi semiotica" invece di "un'analisi semiotica", he he ma perdonabile. Grande varietà di scelta per ottenere il prodotto e la rilegatura immaginata. Professionale e affidabile.
