The view out of the Aula Baratto is beyond amazing with a focal view of the Rialto Bridge. It is used for conferences as well as by the University. If you get the chance be sure to visit day or night, it is always beautiful.

Hello, I am applying for the master's degree program for 2022-2023 and I have paid the fees of 20 euros and I have received the receipt, the problem is that I haven't received a confirmation email of fee submission. I need a confirmation of fee submission email to complete the application process, I need the verification email of fee submission what to do?

Hello first i would like to say i am not sure why some students said it was a great univeristy. I guess it is very subjective. I am an american student who did my bachelors in united states and the university was 1000 times better than cafoscari. There are absolutley no pros to the school The cons: -disorganized, they dont even know when graduation date is even if you are international and your family may have to travel to come to the event -professors in the language department are extremely boring and no real preparation for the real world -NOONE SPEAKS ENGLISH, even though they pride themselves on being an international school. When you call certain offices they dont speak in english ( luckily i speak italian but some friends of mine had many difficulties) -grading system is based on how the professor feels in that moment -orientation is USELESS, they only give info about venice but not about useful things such as how exams work, who to talk tk if you need help. Etc -the online platform is old and outdated ( moodle is completely disorganized) -the call center has random hours of the day -THERE ARE NO BREAKS! Christmas break you have to study for the exams because they are directly after christmas, and in the summer time if you need to take an exam you will have to study all throughout summer -THERE IS NOONE TO TALK TO FOR ADVICE. This is a huge issue because as an international student everything is new. But instead of talking to a professional who works at the school they give you a buddy who is another student and doesnt know anything. -all emails that are sent to students are sent only in italian( again if you pride yourself on being international you will send an email in both english and italian for erasmus or full time students) -half of the international students in my program left because they hated the school Please please do not go to this university. It is very sad for me to write this review because honestly it was my dream to study in italy. But cafoscari has been an absolute nightmare and this review is not personal but its a review on how most of the international students in my program felt. im just summing it up, but i can go on .

Their "Welcome Center" might be nice to Italian students, but I experienced a rather closed, provincial attitude, showing the worst of Italian bureaucracy. They should learn English and at least try to consider that there is a world outside of Italy. Certainly not for international students. No diversity and inclusion desired here.
