★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio monomarca della Benetton molto fornito che si sviluppa su due piani. A due passi da Piazza Duomo. Ampio assortimento di abbigliamento ed accessori per bambini e ragazzi di ogni età. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile.
 Well-stocked Benetton single-brand shop spread over two floors. A stone's throw from Piazza Duomo. Wide range of clothing and accessories for children and teenagers of all ages. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The two women working there were extremely unhelpful, wouldn't answer my girlfriend's question properly and even gave her a bitchy stare. Very unprofessional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of thieves. Keep your belongings under watch. We were robbed our wallet right after paying in the tilt and when I approached the manager to see the security footage she claimed not to have security cameras in the store. That much for customer care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sweater that lost completely its shape after one wash at 40 degrees. Very bad quality and impossible to wear afterwards. I went back to the shop after a about six weeks to complain, but I was apparently too late. They could apparently only help with purchases done less than a month ago. Very disappointed with Benetton, which I thought was a brand of quality and trust.
