★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tecnica di vendita è davvero troppo aggressiva e stressante per il cliente (e immagino anche per le commesse!) : sono entrata qualche giorno fa e sono uscita dopo 1 minuto e mezzo! Appena sono entrata, una addetta alle vendite mi ha puntata e seguita passo passo anche se le avevo detto che stavo semplicemente dando un occhiata ... Con la scusa di sistemare la merce,si spostava negli stessi punti nei quali mi spostavo io. Davvero insopportabile ! Io sono letteralmente scappata , perché ragazzi davvero è pesante e c'è una bella differenza tra assistenza al cliente e invadenza. Nel 2019 non hanno ancora capito che queste tecniche non funzionano in quanto stressano tanti clienti e , nel mio caso nello specifico, sicuramente ottengono il contrario di ciò che vorrebbero ottenere . Sarà per questo che nei Benetton privati ( dunque non aziendali, come questo) non ho mai acquistato. La merce è quella che caratterizza il brand, ma conto poco Se appena entri sei costretto a scappare .
 The sales technique is really too aggressive and stressful for the customer (and I also imagine for the orders!): I entered a few days ago and left after 1 minute and a half! As soon as I entered, a saleswoman pointed me and followed me step by step even though I told her that I was simply taking a look ... With the excuse of fixing the goods, she moved to the same places where I moved. Really unbearable! I literally ran away, because guys are really heavy and there's a big difference between customer support and intrusiveness. In 2019 they have not yet understood that these techniques do not work because they stress so many customers and, in my case specifically, they certainly get the opposite of what they would like to get. That may be why I never bought any Benetton private (and therefore not business like this). The merchandise is the one that characterizes the brand, but I don't count much. As soon as you enter you are forced to run away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entri nel negozio ti vedi inseguito come nella giungla dai leoni quindi o sei veloce come una gazzella e scappi o cadi nella fossa dei leoni. Non credo che la colpa sia delle addette vendita bensì saranno i superiori a costringere questo stile di vendita molto paesano che personalmente trovo orribile e da fuga.
As soon as you enter the shop you see yourself being chased like a jungle by lions so either you are as fast as a gazelle and you run away or fall into the lion pit. I do not believe that the fault is the sales staff but the superiors will force this very rural sales style that I personally find horrible and escape.
