Siamo stati serviti da un ragazzo commesso che si è comportato in maniera presuntuosa scortese e arrogante alla nostra gentile richiesta di informazioni circa altro modello della medesima marca. Abbiamo deciso di andare in un altro negozio dove abbiamo acquistato lo stesso modello.
We wanted to buy a pair of converse shoes. We were served by a committed guy who behaved in a presumptuous, rude and arrogant way at our kind request for information about another model of the same brand. We decided to go to another store where we bought the same model.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante l'esperienza negativa per un acquisto online dove il servizio clienti non mi ha saputo aiutare, recandomi presso il negozio awlab del centro commerciale Auchan, ho avuto la fortuna di poter parlare con il ragazzo di Napoli (Gerardo) che con gentilezza e professionalità ha saputo risolvere il problema. Cortesia, disponibilità e comprensione sono le caratteristiche che dovrebbero avere tutti i dipendenti così come Gerardo corredate da un simpatico sorriso. Grazie mille, le cinque stelle sono decisamente guadagnate da questo dipendente.
Despite the negative experience for an online purchase where customer service could not help me, by going to the awlab store in the Auchan shopping center, I was lucky enough to be able to talk to the boy from Naples (Gerardo) who with kindness and professionalism has knew how to solve the problem. Courtesy, availability and understanding are the characteristics that all employees as well as Gerardo should have accompanied by a friendly smile.
