Bad experience. It is a shop with good products but with staff that is "rude and not very patient ..." whoever gets annoyed, to be replaced immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a qualche anno fa avevo un opinione buona di questo negozio.. passando gli anni è andata sempre peggio.. ormai non compro più qui... Il personale NON ATTENTO! il mio fidanzato aspetta di provare le lenti da più di un mese! Siamo in estate e stanno privando una persona di farsi un bagno a mare per colpa della loro negligenza e manchevolezza e poca professionalità come hanno dimostrato in questi ultimi anni.
La prima volta doveva provare le lenti (avevamo un matrimonio fuori porta per cui avrebbe voluto avere le lentine invece degli occhiali)le lenti di prova erano arrivate già e nemmeno lo hanno avvertito, gli abbiamo dovuto telefonare noi! Va in negozio, le prova ed erano sbagliate! Le hanno ordinate nuovamente ( noi nel frattempo siamo partiti e siamo anche rientrati) nessuna notizia. Gli telefoniamo oggi e le lenti erano arrivate .. e nuovamente mi chiedo.. una telefonata no??
Andrà a provarle e speriamo che sia la volta buona.
E parliamo di una “ prova” ora staremo a vedere quanto dovremo aspettare per avere il pacco di lentine completo... finirà l’estate ed il mio fidanzato non avrà potuto nemmeno farsi un bagno al mare! Capisco che l’iter per le lentine è un po lungo.. ma più di un mese? In altri posti in due settimane avremmo avuto tutto.. non ci serviremo mai più qui! Davvero poco professionali, metto 1 stella perché di meno non si può. Peccato lavoravano bene prima.
Until a few years ago I had a good opinion of this shop .. over the years it got worse and worse .. now I don't buy here anymore ... The staff NOT ATTENTION! my fiancé has been waiting to try on lenses for over a month! We are in the summer and they are depriving a person of taking a swim in the sea because of their negligence and lack of professionalism as they have shown in recent years.
The first time he had to try on the lenses (we had a wedding out of town so he wanted to have lenses instead of glasses) the trial lenses had already arrived and they didn't even warn him, we had to call him! Go to the store, try them on and they were wrong! They have ordered them again (in the meantime we have left and we have also returned) no news. We call him today and the lenses had arrived .. and again I wonder .. a phone call right?
He will go and try them and we hope it is the right time.
And let's talk about a "test" now we'll see how long we have to wait to get the complete pack of lenses ... the summer will end and my boyfriend won't even have been able to take a swim in the sea! I understand that the process for the lenses is a bit long .. but more than a month? In other places in two weeks we would have had it all .. we will never need it here again! Really unprofessional, I put 1 star because you can't get less. Too bad they worked well before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono dispiaciuta che l'ottimo lavoro di professionisti venga distrutto dalla mancanza di professionalità e superficialità che all'interno del medesimo negozio , una commessa ha avuto nei mie confronti . Per fortuna il Responsabile del negozio ,che aveva percepito il disservizio , ha prontamente provveduto ad una soluzione risolutiva e che ringrazio. Quello che non capisco e il com'è mai , in un momento così difficile, dove c'è tanta gente che desidererebbe lavorare, si continui ad avere personale del genere al servizio del cliente . Riflettete e prendete un provvedimento. Grazie
