Non tutti poi abbiamo grandi disponibilità e si devono avere tempi e modi adeguati x dare a tutti la possibilità di scegliere facendosi due conti, farlo li come è successo a me meglio di no, mi sono sentita umiliata perché dovevo scegliere secondo un baget e loro avevano troppa fretta. Ho speso troppo perché alla fine ho speso più di quello che dovevo e sono andata via che mi sentivo confusa, esausta, umiliata.....sarà stato un caso isolato, troppa ressa, x carità ci può stare!!!! La loro reazione sulla mia interpretazione di un cartello che davanti il negozio, proibiva l'ingresso a solo tre persone la volta, è stata esageratamente maleducata. In negozio c'erano solo due clienti e al mio accenno ad entrare sono stato malamente rimproverato ed accusato di non aver letto bene il cartello. Due erano i clienti, ma a questi si doveva aggiungere anche le commesse!!!!!! Today I wanted to buy an object to give to a friend but the rudeness of the orders made me give up. t	tano vasco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa mattina insieme a mia moglie abbiamo provato ad acquistare un prodotto pandora.....perché abbiamo provato!!!! appena arrivati c'era solo 1 cliente con 2 commesse una serviva la cliente l'altra commessa ci ha suggerito di prendere il biglietto ed aspettare che venissimo chiamati, ho preso il biglietto numero 4, durante l'attesa la mia signora mi ha fatto notare che il display all'interno del locale segnava il numero 2...mentre la gentilissima commessa continuava a sistemare qualcosa nel bancone senza chiamare i clienti lasciati davanti la porta ad aspettare cosa non ho capito. dopo 10 minuti di INUTILE ATTESA siamo andati via (non avevo nessuna intenzione di fare inutili discussioni con la commessa) QUALCUNO PUÒ SPIEGARMI IL COMPORTAMENTO DELLA COMMESSA?? S	Serena Giardina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi sono recata in negozio per effettuare un cambio ...l addetta alla vendita è stata maleducata e poco professionale....mi parlava con voce stridula ed infastidita...per dare infine alla persona che mi ha fatto il regalo del ladro, in quanto secondo lei non aveva pagato 10 euro, cosa del tutto improbabile visto che il regalo è costato molto di più...reputo che i proprietari dovrebbero scegliere il personale con più attenzione e responsabilità...ovviamente è un negozio in cui non mi rechero' più. Una della commesse sgarbatissima, non ha fatto altro che mettermi in difficoltà nella scelta del l'oggetto da comprare, chiedomi in continuazione il significato dello charm che volessi aquistare, come se io dovessi conoscere tutti gli charm e i loro significati. Senza darmi il tempo nemmeno di guardarli, li rimetteva al loro posto. Spostandomi per guardare altri ciondoli, mi ripeteva in continuazione di non muovermi dalla postazione iniziale perché siamo in pandemia. In negozio c'erano solo altre due persone . Conosco bene le regole, non è certo una ragazzetta che deve dirmi dove mettermi. Detto ciò, arriva un'altra cliente che chiede se può entrare, e la commessa le risponde con tono antipatico e pungente che prima doveva prima liberarsi di noi. Allora non ci ho visto più e l'ho rimproverata urlandole che è proprio una grandissima maleducata.Quindi, lei mi ha urlato contro e per non far degenerare la cosa siamo andati via.
