I don't know why but in Trentino UCofB is provided much better than in Rome. There is more choice and the garments are of a better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliches Personal. Siehe auch die vorhergehenden Rezensionen. Bei mir auch nicht das erste Mal......Für mich sollte diesmal jemand etwas besorgen, und wenn man da schon vorwarnen muß, dass man hier als Kunde lästig fällt,dann passt was nicht.
Unfriendly staff. See also the previous reviews. For me not the first time ...... For me, this time someone should get something, and if you have to warn there already, that you are annoying here as a customer, then something does not fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jahrelang schon fahre ich immer wiedermal nach Innichen, um dort Kinderbekleidung zu kaufen. Aber ich muss mich meiner Vorgängerin anschließen, denn die MItarbeiter sind ALLE unsympathisch, die Chefin auch!
Es ist grad egal, von wem man bedient wird, sie sind alle mehr als ungut!
Fragt man etwas, ist jede Frage gleich zuviel, will man mehrere Stücke ansehen, ist es auch zuviel!
For years I've been going to Innichen again and again to buy children's clothing. But I have to join my predecessor, because the employees are ALL unappealing, the boss too!
It doesn't matter who you are served by, they are all more than bad!
If you ask something, each question is too much, if you want to look at several pieces, it is too much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata nel negozio kids per cercare tutine in ciniglia da neonato. La commessa non sapeva neanche cosa fosse la ciniglia e continuava a dire che benetton non produce tutine intere per neonati...sono allibita
I went to the kids shop to find chenille jumpsuits for babies. The saleswoman did not even know what chenille was and kept saying that benetton does not produce full bodysuits for newborns ... I am stunned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è di mia abitudine fare recensioni negative ma questa volta ci tenevo a far presente la poca professionalità e la grande maleducazione dello staff Benetton di San Candido.
Mi è capitato per ben 3 volte di dover entrare nello store e in tutte le occasioni il menefreghismo delle commesse, che neanche alzano lo sguardo mentre ti parlano, è imbarazzante..la maleducazione nel trattarti con sufficienza non ha eguali.
Premetto che sono anch’io una commessa e credo che i clienti vadano accolti con un sorriso e trattati con cortesia e rispetto.
Spero che questa mia critica possa essere utile a chi di dovere.

It is not my habit to make negative reviews but this time I wanted to point out the lack of professionalism and the great rudeness of the Benetton staff of San Candido.
It happened to me 3 times to have to enter the store and on all occasions the indifference of the orders, which do not even look up while talking to you, is embarrassing .. the rudeness in treating you with enough is unmatched.
I state that I am also a salesperson and I believe that customers should be greeted with a smile and treated with courtesy and respect.
I hope this criticism of mine will be useful to those in need.
