Very fast in bike delivery even though it was August with so many people. Clear explanation on both the functionality of the bike and the delivery point in Lienz. Electric city bike in excellent condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio. Le biciclette (tutte mtb KTM) erano in perfetto stato. Prenotandole in anticipo (purtoppo solo via telefono) erano già pronte al mattino. Il servizio di ritiro ė proprio all'arrivo della ciclabile a Lienz (basta seguire il percorso tracciato della pista ciclabile sull'asfalto nei pressi della stazione).
Excellent service. The bikes (all KTM MTBs) were in perfect condition. Booking them in advance (unfortunately only by phone) they were ready in the morning. The pick-up service is right at the arrival of the cycle path in Lienz (just follow the marked path of the cycle path on the asphalt near the station).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio di noleggio biciclette. Bici uomo, donna e bambino, per ogni esigenza. Noi abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette per fare la ciclabile da San Candido a Lienz. Arrivati a destinazione abbiamo consegnato le bici per poi fare ritorno in treno. È possibile anche il trasporto della bici in treno.
Great bike rental service. Men's, women's and children's bikes for every need. We rented bicycles to take the cycle path from San Candido to Lienz. Once we arrived at our destination, we delivered the bikes and then returned by train. It is also possible to transport the bike by train.

Rapidi nella consegna, precisi nelle spiegazioni,apprezzato anche il suggerimento su dove parcheggiare l'auto a San candido.
Le bici ci son talmente piaciute che stavamo pensando di acquistarle uguali x casa!!!
Highly recommended !! KTM MTBs booked over the phone the day before were nothing short of perfect!
Quick delivery, precise explanations, also appreciated the suggestion on where to park the car in San Candido.
We liked the bikes so much that we were thinking of buying them the same for home !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese, disponibile e soprattutto molto veloce/rapido. Siamo arrivati in mattinata sulle 9 per noleggiare le citybike (senza prenotazione) e in pochissimo tempo siamo stati serviti e siamo partiti per la ciclabile San Candido-Lienz. Per lasciare le biciclette c'è un punto Trojer vicino alla stazione dove poterle lasciare. Non portatele in treno! Sennò il biglietto costa il doppio!!
Staff courteous, helpful and above all very fast / quick. We arrived in the morning at 9 to rent city bikes (without reservation) and in a very short time we were served and left for the San Candido-Lienz cycle path. To leave the bicycles there is a Trojer point near the station where you can leave them. Don't take them on the train! Otherwise the ticket costs double !!
