A	Antonio Guardalà on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bello come tutti i posti in riva allo stretto. Resto del parere che questo tipo di locali dovrebbe volare un po' più in basso e regolare un po' i prezzi. Tutto buono, per carità, ma la cucina, e quindi o prezzi, dovrebbero essere da locale sulla spiaggia cioè più semplice (vedi l'ottima frittura di pesce) e quindi più abbordabile (se costa meno posso anche pensare di andarci più spesso) As beautiful as all places along the strait. I remain of the opinion that this type of premises should fly a little lower and adjust the prices a little. All good, for heaven's sake, but the cuisine, and therefore or prices, should be simpler (see the excellent fried fish) and therefore more affordable (if it costs less I can also think of going there more often)

Decidiamo di prendere 5 sweppes giusto per dissetarci. Al momento dell’ ordine ci viene detto “ mi facistu fari tuttu stu buddellu pi truvari un tavulu e poi vi pigghiati 5 sweppes”. Nessuno di noi aveva fatto pressione per il tavolo ma abbiamo aspettato educatamente il nostro turno. Subito dopo ci chiedono di trasferirci in un tavolo microscopico (adatto a 2 persone) perché quello che avevamo lo avrebbero dato ad un altro gruppo di ragazzi che sicuramente avrebbero consumato di più. Sono Messinese e mi vergogno sempre più dei messinesi. Sono stato in tanti posti balneari fuori da Messina e non avevo mai visto una cosa del genere. A Messina ci sono 4 lidi sgangherati e se la tirano come se fossero i migliori del mondo. Adesso capisco perché i turisti passano da Messina solo per prendere il traghetto. Mi dispiace ma secondo me non è il modo corretto di porsi alla clientela. Se hai deciso di fare come mestiere il ristoratore, devi farlo a 360 gradi e con professionalità. We enter 5 and ask for a table one midweek evening. After 5 minutes of waiting they make us sit down. We decide to take 5 sweppes just to quench our thirst. At the time of the order we are told "mi facistu fari tuttu stu buddellu pi truvari a tavulu and then crushed 5 sweppes". Neither of us pushed for the table but we politely waited our turn. Immediately after they ask us to move to a microscopic table (suitable for 2 people) because what we had they would have given to another group of guys who surely would have consumed more. I am Messina and I am more and more ashamed of the people of Messina. I have been to many seaside places outside Messina and I had never seen such a thing. In Messina there are 4 ramshackle shores and they pull it off as if they were the best in the world. Now I understand why tourists pass through Messina just to take the ferry. I'm sorry but in my opinion it is not the correct way to approach customers. If you have decided to become a restaurateur as a profession, you must do it at 360 degrees and with professionalism.

Ci ritornerò...il posto merita !!! I do my best because Antonio had the Spritz prepared as I wanted .... but the aperitif should be accompanied with something we will eat seriously ... no to the usual chips and peanuts !!! I'll be back ... the place deserves it !!!

Proverò il ristorante. Quando il locale non è affollato ci si può rilassare. Consigliato per passare una serata tranquilla tra amici Lido but also very well organized restaurant, kind in service. È formale all'apparenza ma non molto curato. Abbiamo atteso circa 30 minuti prima che qualcuno prendesse la nostra ordinazione. Il menù offre poca scelta, i prezzi sono superiori alla media e la qualità del cibo non rende giustizia al prezzo pagato. Peccato, perchè ci sarebbero tutti i presupposti perchè diventi un locale di tendenza! We wanted to spend a peaceful evening near the waterfront. We came across this place and the expectations were very high given how it looks. It is formal in appearance but not very well cared for. We waited about 30 minutes for someone to take our order. The menu offers little choice, the prices are above average and the quality of the food does not do justice to the price paid. Too bad, because there would be all the conditions for it to become a trendy place!
