E da 2 giorni che cerco di parlare con voi al tel...mi dicono sempre linea occupata in quattro lingue poi fine chiamata.. Come mai questa cosa che non si riesce a comunicare..mentre venendo li di persona siete cosi gentili..
Io ormai ho finito la mia vacanza a San Candido..e sono a casa...ma gentilmente avrei bisogno di chiedere una informazione a voi..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente ogniqualvolta abbiamo avuto bisogno di informazioni ci sono sempre state date, ma sarebbe meglio dire concesse visto il freddo distacco con cui siamo stati accontentati (ci scusiamo per il disturbo).
Mi rendo conto del fiume di turisti che affollano l'ufficio, ma non comprendo lo stesso l'atteggiamento.
Quindi cinque stelle per la professionalità, ma meno due per l'accoglienza seccata da "funzionari pubblici" d'altri tempi, a volte è meglio affidarsi alle brochure o internet, almeno queste sono impersonali per natura.
Honestly, whenever we needed information we have always been given, but it would be better to say granted given the cold detachment with which we have been satisfied (we apologize for the inconvenience).
I am aware of the flood of tourists crowding the office, but I do not understand the attitude anyway.
So five stars for professionalism, but less than two for the welcome annoyed by "public officials" of yesteryear, sometimes it is better to rely on brochures or the internet, at least these are impersonal by nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delizioso paesino dell'alta Pusteria, attrezzatissimo, per vacanze quiete ma con intorno il fiore delle Dolomiti. Una bella piscina, l'ospedale molto ben attrezzato, pensioni con elevato rapporto qualità prezzo.
Delightful well-equipped village in Alta Pusteria for quiet holidays but with the flower of the Dolomites around it. A beautiful swimming pool, a very well equipped hospital, pensions with a high quality / price ratio.
