★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio ringraziare la signorina che gestisce il negozio per la cordialità dimostrata nei miei confronti. Qualche settimana fa ho comprato un paio di scarpe con allaccio particolare. Uno degli elastici si è rotto, mi sono recato al negozio facendo vedere la scarpa, la signorina senza chiedermi scontrino o altre cose mi ha immediatamente cambiato le scarpe. Questo è un buon servizio.

I want to thank the young lady who runs the store for the cordiality shown to me. A few weeks ago I bought a pair of shoes with a special connection. One of the rubber bands broke, I went to the store to show the shoe, the young lady, without asking me for a receipt or anything else, immediately changed my shoes. This is good service.
