Da parecchi anni mi rifornisco per motivi svariati e spesso anche per fare tutti i regali di Natale e compleanni; fatto conoscere a molte persone; molte alternative e proposte. Ora dopo diversi episodi mi sento di fare una valutazione molto negativa sul personale di questa sede che spesso è freddo, poco disponibile e sbrigativo a livello "sociale". Diciamo che mancano anche un po di simpatia. Episodi che mi hanno spinto a non metterci più piede da oggi. Spesso non sono corretti (l'altro giorno non mi hanno fatto la tara, dico questo perché ho preso meno di un litro di un prodotto e l'ho pagato di più del prezzo al litro da esposizione), dimenticano di mettere l'etichetta ai prodotti sfusi. Ho comprato due detersivi un litro e un litro e mezzo entrambi arrivo a casa senza etichetta. Mezz'ora a ricordarmi quale fosse uno e quale l'altro. Durante la chiusura, chiedo gentilmente di capire come fosse un profumo che non conoscevo (dolce forte o pungente) non potendo odorare con la mascherina, perché vietato giustamente. Mi viene risposto in modo freddo "scegli i profumi che gia conosci". Diciamo che forse per quel che uno paga (non poco) un po' di attenzione in più verso il cliente sarebbe gradita. Sara sfiga la mia? Fatto sta che ogni volta che metto piede qui dentro mi pento amaramente. Often they are incorrect (they didn't tare me the other day, I say this because I took less than a liter of a product and paid it more than the price per liter of display), they forget to label the bulk products. I bought two detergents a liter and a liter and a half both I arrive home without label. Half an hour to remind me which one was and which the other. During the closing, I kindly ask you to understand what a perfume I did not know was like (strong sweet or pungent) not being able to smell with the mask, because it is rightly forbidden. I am coldly replied "choose the scents you already know". Let's say that perhaps for what one pays (not a little) a little more attention to the customer would be appreciated. Sara my bad luck? The fact is that every time I set foot in here I regret bitterly.

Albicocche appassite e fichi all interno marci! E la sede peggiore di Torino! Comoda perché centrale ma non merita fare acquisti! Fate attenzione!? I prezzi non sono particolarmente favorevoli rispetto alla qualità dei prodotti e anche l'offerta rimane limitata, a causa delle dimensioni contenute dei locali.
