Sono assicurato con la mia Vespa, ma dopo questa esperienza, sicuramente andrò via.Il personale, di questa agenzia, è poco preparato ed ha dei modi scortesi. Sconsigliato Vivamente. Non sono molto competenti perché non hanno saputo dirmi se la mia assicurazione avesse il bonus protetto in caso di incidente. Ho sperimentato la loro inadeguatezza nel rapporto con il cliente e ho immediatamente cambiato assicurazione, pagando meno pur essendo socia coop. Anche mia madre ha avuto la stessa esperienza e mi è dispiaciuto molto vederla trattata con atteggiamenti molto scortesi e scorretti che risultano ancora peggiori se rivolti ad una signora non più giovane. Unipol ha perso due clienti, anzi tre perché anche mio marito non intende rinnovare la sua polizza. State lontani!!! g	giulio civolani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi dopo 50 anni hanno venduto una polizza urto a mia madre spacciandola per " casko"fatte le rimostranze del caso mi dicono portale dal nostro carrozziere convenzionato e niente franchigia. Risultato 470 euro di fattura e 200 di franchigia senza aver firmato nessun preventivo! Lunedì avvocato e querela per truffa!
