In ottobre dicono che "per chiudere l'assicurazione della macchina basta venire a natale e mandare intanto alcuni documenti tramite e-mail", a natale dicono "avreste dovuto sospendere l'assicurazione in ottobre e ci serviva pure l'originale del documento X". Purtroppo ci siamo fidati di questa informazione senza controllare il contratto. Mentre errori umani possono capitare, non mi è piaciuto per niente come è stata gestita questa situazione: con un semplice "peccato, peggio per voi". Niente scusa, niente rimborso dei soldi persi per colpa delle informazioni sbagliate, nè da parte della HDI (poco disponibile anche la sede a Roma), nè da parte dell'agenzia. Se uno vuole vedere come non funziona niente in Italia, consiglio di recarsi in questa agenzia. Disinterested staff and wrong information.
