Parlo del 1960, anno in cui , i miei genitori, acquistarono la casa e si affidarono a questa assicurazione, appunto. Tutt'ora, che, purtroppo, i miei genitori, sono venuti a mancare, continuo, insieme a mio marito, ad esserne cliente. Sino ad ora mi sono trovata molto bene, ho riscontrato, gentilezza, educazione, interessamento alla pratica, competenza e celerità....insomma mi trovo bene e mi complimento con tutto il personale della Agenzia di Ferrara, C.so Porta Reno. I speak of 1960, the year in which my parents bought the house and relied on this insurance. Still, that, unfortunately, my parents, have passed away, I continue, together with my husband, to be a customer of it. So far I have found myself very well, I have found kindness, education, interest in the practice, competence and speed .... in short, I feel good and I congratulate all the staff of the Ferrara Agency, C.so Porta Reno. R	Roberto Ferretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attenzione alle "polizze vecchie", mi è capitato personalmente, durante il primo lockdown, di non possedere più l'auto per circa 2 mesi e mezzo, in quanto demolita, e con polizza in sospensione. Ho pagato, per tutto il periodo, l'assicurazione lo stesso, nonostante non ci fosse nulla da assicure, e che Reale fosse ben al corrente della demolizione dell'aiuto. P. S. Ringrazio la Signora Ilenia per avermi confermato il fatto che ho pagato a Reale Mutua 2 mesi e mezzo di premio, senza aver nessun servizio erogato, a prescindere dal contratto (che ho accettato e firmato) non mi pare un comportamento serio. Beware of "old policies", it happened to me personally, during the first lockdown, that I no longer own the car for about 2 and a half months, as it was demolished, and with the policy in suspension. I paid the insurance for the entire period, despite the fact that there was nothing to be insured, and that Reale was well aware of the scrapping of the aid. P. S. I thank Mrs. Ilenia for confirming the fact that I paid Reale Mutua 2 and a half months as a premium, without having any service provided, regardless of the contract (which I accepted and signed) it does not seem to me to be serious.
