Oggi per 2 scansioni (senza stampa) per un totale di 101 facciate ( sono solo stato inserite nello scanner che le ha prese in sequenza e poi passate su chiavetta che abbiamo portato noi) totale 13.20 €!!! Il servizio sarà durato 5 minuti, scusate ma mi sembra decisamente inadeguato. Unfortunately, bad experience. Today for 2 scans (without print) for a total of 101 facades (I was only inserted in the scanner that took them in sequence and then passed on the flash drive we brought us) total € 13.20 !!! The service will have lasted 5 minutes, sorry but it seems decidedly inadequate.

Invece ho trovato una signora circa sessantenne, simpatica come un ricordino di cane pestato davanti la sede di fisica di via Irnerio a Bologna, in una giornata caldofila dell'aprile 2007 e con l'albero delle madonne violette in fiore. Quando chiedevo i prodotti di cancelleria comuni che mi servivano, era completamente infastidita, come se le chiedessi chissà cosa e per la maggior parte dei prodotti rispondeva che non li avevano. Allora mi chiedo come facciano ad andare avanti, visto che non hanno niente e trattano i clienti come se fossero degli accattoni. Quello che cercavo sono poi riuscito a trovarlo all'Ipercoop Il Castello, per dire di quanto potessero essere dei prodotti comuni. Mentre loro dovrebbero essere un negozio specializzato, con un ampio assortimento e con un personale che dovrebbe sapere come rapportarsi alla clientela. Non penso che a questo punto tornerò mai più, a meno di non essere sicuro che ci siano le due negozianti di prima. Ragazze dove siete finite? Tornate per favore, c'è bisogno di voi! Friday morning 11 March 2022 I was back in this shop sure to find the usual two good shopkeepers, who had already satisfied me previously. Instead I found a lady of about sixty, nice as a souvenir of a beaten dog in front of the physics office in via Irnerio in Bologna, on a hot day in April 2007 and with the violet madonnas tree in bloom. When I asked for the common stationery products I needed, she was completely annoyed, as if I asked her who knows what and for most of the products she replied that they didn't have them. So I wonder how they keep going, since they have nothing and treat customers as if they were beggars. What I was looking for I then managed to find it at Ipercoop Il Castello, to say how common products could be. While they should be a specialized shop, with a wide assortment and with a staff who should know how to deal with customers. I don't think I'll ever go back at this point, unless I'm sure it's the two shopkeepers from before. Where have you been girls? Please come back, we need you!
