Va quasi sempre tutto nel migliore dei modi. Una spedizione in Inghilterra ha avuto problemi di consegna: se non avessi avuto il loro aiuto non sarebbe stata consegnata. Bravi!! Non do 5 stelle come stimolo perchè si può sempre fare meglio I have been using MBE Ferrara for some time now because they always have the right service with the best Express courier available. Mi sono attenuta a tutte le loro istruzioni e ho spedito due pacchi, uno in provincia di Verona, arrivato regolarmente il pomeriggio dopo, uno in provincia di Verbania, consegnato 8 giorni dopo, con la merce marcia. Alle mie rimostranze, visto che per un pacco ho pagato 42€, perchè la merce fosse refrigerata, mi hanno detto che sono cose che possono capitare, che non mi spettava nessun rimborso. Si riceve assistenza nel confezionamento e nella compilazione dei moduli, ed i regali sono arrivati a destinazione in pochi giorni, ad un prezzo ragionevole. Lo consiglio senz'altro. I have used the "XMAS Delivery" station in the Il Castello Shopping Center twice. It is very comfortable. You receive assistance in packaging and filling in the forms, and the gifts arrived at their destination in a few days, at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend it.
