Perché non mettere un bel cartello che indica CHIARAMENTE, dove bisogna svoltare evitando di superare quel punto ed essere costretti a fare di nuovo il giro del raccordo perdendo un'altra mezz'ora? Lavoro eseguito quasi al top eccetto una sbavatura che ho fatto notare ma che hanno subito risolto. Da migliorare notevolmente i locali soprattutto la sala d'attesa. Ultima pecca, non indossano i dispositivi di protezione secondo le normative vigenti inerente il Sars Covid19, soprattutto quando entrano nelle auto che stanno riparando. Ho portato la mia macchina per sostituire il parabrezza crinato da un sasso.Appena arrivato ,previo appuntamento,sono entrato subito e dopo 45 minuti circa lavoro terminato.... Anche se la mia compagnia ha la convenzione con "Carglass", la porterò sempre da loro per qualsiasi intervento sui cristalli...Bravi ragazzi ,continuate così... S	SirJoe * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sostituzione parabrezza scheggiato (premetto che sono assicurato anche sui cristalli) della mia vettura presso UNIPOLGLASS ROMA 3 convenzionato con la mia assicurazione LINEAR quindi indicato proprio dalla mia compagnia assicuratrice. Preso appuntamento con LINEAR presso UNIPOLGLASS ROMA 3, lascio la vettura e torno dopo circa un'ora a prendere la vettura: - 1° sorpresa, contrariamente a quanto detto dalla mia ssicurazione "che non avrei dovuto pagare nulla", mi presentano un conto di € 72,15 da pagare. Naturalmente pago. - 2° sorpresa, ad un primo controllo sembra tutto ok, ma guardando meglio mi accorgo che ci sono n° 2 piccoli segni (uno a SX e uno a DX) sulla carrozzeria proprio alla base del parabrezza in corrispondenza dello stesso che alla consegna della vettura non erano presenti. Avverto subito il personale che ha sostituito il parabrezza e che per tutta risposta mi dice che loro non hanno fatto quei segni....adducendo scuse del tipo "questo è una parte già verniciata prima" (....che centra????)!!!! Lascio la mia nota sul foglio di fine lavoro e restituzione del veicolo che inoltro alla mia assicurazione LINEAR. Avverto anche telefonicamente LINEAR del danno trovato, ma l'interlocutore mi dice che "devo prendermela con la UNIPOLGLASS non con loro" (???) allucinante.....LINEAR è UNIPOL, UNIPOLGLASS è UNIPOL, giocano a rimpallarsi il cliente......bravi!!! A questo punto visto che nessuno si prende la responsabilità dovrò sporgere denuncia contro UNIPOLGLASS. LINEAR is UNIPOL, UNIPOLGLASS is UNIPOL, they play at the customer. ..... good !!! At this point, since no one takes responsibility, I will have to file a complaint against UNIPOLGLASS.
D	Danilo Colagrossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio veramente impeccabile... sostituzione del parabrezza e riallineamento dei sensori in meno di un'ora.. unico neo, ma mi sembra di aver capito che si tratta di una situazione temporanea, non è ben indicato il posto ...che è la prima traversa dopo il mobilificio febalcasa.. e si rischia di andare lunghi e dover rifare il giro perche è su una strada a senso unico... Ottima anche la cortesia delle persone che rispondono al telefono..
N	NCC-noleggio con conducente Escursioni a Roma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una esperienza da non ripetere !Sono arrivato per sostituire una parabrezza e abbiamo scoperto che la nuova parabrezza ha un difetto! Secondo appuntamento e andato bene però dopo aver montato la nuova parabrezza hanno smesso di funzionare i sensori collegati con i fari??? Sono stati fatti altre due appuntamenti per sistemare il problema-inutilmente! Alla fine hanno deciso di mollare un altra parabrezza originale questa volta! Dopo 5 appuntamenti e stato risolto tutto!?‍♂️ Per ogni appuntamento dovevo fare 45 km di strada !!!!!!!! A spese miei in più rinunciando il proprio lavoro!!!! Mi hanno fatto un danno economico che non dovevo subire!!!! Non consiglio a nessuno! An experience not to be repeated! Eventually they decided to ditch another original windshield this time! After 5 appointments everything was solved! ?‍♂️ For each appointment I had to do 45 km of road !!!!!!!! At my expense by giving up their job !!!! They did me an economic damage that I should not have suffered !!!! I do not recommend to anyone!

Risposta affermativa prezzo 195€ se no il prezzo pieno sarebbe stato 250/260€, "perché sai i vetri mercedes...." Non accetto e vado dal mio carrozziere di fiducia..... e risolvo con vetro originale e montaggio a 120€. Non aggiungo commenti I call them for a quote for the replacement of the rear fixed glass of my car. Being linear insured I ask if a discount is possible. Affirmative answer price 195 € otherwise the full price would have been 250/260 €, "because you know the mercedes glass ...." I do not accept and I go to my trusted coachbuilder ..... and I solve it with original glass and assembly at 120 €. I don't add comments
