I want to be objective without holding a grudge against a company that is as well known as it is of little value and consistency. Rated 10 on booking and speed in getting stuck between their thousands of appointments, apparently friendly and smiling. As soon as I arrived they gave me a briefing on the fact that if I have insurance they replace the glass, but not remembering if I had it or not I refused and asked for a simple repair. They tell me that these repairs are 100% free and it can happen once in a while that some small lesion is created. Mo do sign the sheet on privacy and eventuality of damage .. Afraid before the repair I ask if he was serious and smiling he says that it never happens .. They perform 10 minutes of intervention and a kind worker says I have damaged the glass are things that happen. We can replace him if he wants. Afraid I ask cost. 660 plus VAT ... That is an unreachable figure for me. I ask if I can think about it but annoyed the office operator says that 5 minutes are too long for a glass that he receives orders from Milan ... Well ... I don't know what that means. They make me sign a sheet that I relieve them of responsibility and download material telling me that in the end I'm lucky and I don't owe them anything .. No comment. I call dr. Glass appointment 20 minutes after the Maura tower area, they replace windshields sanitize cars 220 euros including VAT. I would ask myself two questions. I attach photos of the windshield because the damage I had was less than two millimeters and I come out with more than 30 cm of damage. A serious company should have damage processing insurance if it is so remote they replace windshields, I hope market laws will ditch companies that do not provide adequate response to the customer. If in 99% of cases they succeed, that time they could make up for the damage created.

The prices are too high, for a rear window they asked me 730 euros to put it back in new condition, I found it somewhere else for 450 euros with assembly included. With this I have said it all.

I went to the workshop this morning worried because on December 31st on the highway I heard a knock on the windshield and only yesterday could I appreciate what I thought was a crack in the glass. I admit that I was convinced of this, but to my great joy and with the utmost correctness of the operator in charge, I was brought to the knowledge that it was not a lesion to the crystal, but simple resin, which the same operator diligently eliminated. I really appreciated the honesty reserved for me, now rare to find, and I am sure that if I have any problems in the future I will always turn to this workshop with a more serene spirit, recommending it even if this were possible.
