★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto a che fare con il sig Alessio , purtroppo non conosco il suo cognome,ma ricorderò sempre la sua disponibilità e gentilezza, purtroppo non posso dire delle altre persone che lavorano al call center che spesso erano evasive e poco disponibili all ascolto percui questo è uno dei motivi che ho deciso di non essere un vostro cliente,cercate di migliorare il contatto con il pubblico in quanto non posso dare un giudizio su i vostri servizi in fornitura elettrica dato che per evidenti questioni ho deciso a priori di non essere vostro cliente . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono i peggiori di peggiori, non do recensioni ma questi della union gas e Luce mi hanno costretto a dare questa recensione, i primi mesi le bollette venivano con i prezzi giusti poi diventarono molto cari e io non usavo troppo il gas e Luce però mandavano prezzi esagerati
They are the worst of the worst, I do not give reviews but these from union gas and Luce forced me to give this review, the first months the bills came with the right prices then they became very expensive and I did not use too much gas and Luce however sent prices exaggerated
