★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprato soundbar 13/12/21 dopo pochi giorni inizia a non funzionare più in HDMI vado per cambiarla e non ne voleva cambiare gli faccio vedere il video cmq continua a dare la colpa alla tv, E quindi lo mandato in assistenza. E volevano anche rimandarmi a casa con l'oggetto difettato, ma vergognatevi ladri....
 Bought soundbar 13/12/21 after a few days it starts to no longer work in HDMI I go to change it and he didn't want to change it I show him the video cmq continues to blame the TV, And then I sent him for assistance. And they also wanted to send me home with the defective object, but shame on thieves ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di attesa eterni, sono passato 3 volte per prendere una TV che avevo già scelto. Avrebbero solo dovuto consegnarmi la scatola. Tutte e 3 le volte ho atteso più di 30 min. Alla fine ho deciso di comprare on line. Ultima volta che passo in questo negozio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do' tre stelle solo perché è due giorni che chiamo e non rispondono mai. E devo cambiare una cosa ma non so se sono ancora in tempo. Alla cassa mi hanno riferito che avevano problemi con la linea, ma non ne sono convinto.
I give three stars only because I have been calling for two days and they never answer. And I have to change something but I don't know if I'm still in time. At the cashier they told me they had problems with the line, but I'm not convinced.

Qui ho acquistato un televisore... devo dire che il l'addetto vendita del reparto non si è dimostrato il massimo della competenza ma in compenso era molto gentile, mentre faccio i miei complimenti alla ragazza che ci ha fatto il finanziamento veramente gentile e competente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reparto telefonia servizio alla clientela alquanto scadente x non dire pessimo, oltre all'ennesima attesa delle commesse presenti al banco e nullafacenti, hanno gestito una sostituzione telefono in maniera poco professionale se non addirittura assente.
Posso capire una commessa magari inesperta o al suo primo approccio nel mondo del lavoro, ma da un responsabile di negozio mi aspettavo tutt'altra professionalità e cortesia nei confronti del cliente, cosa che certo non è mancata da parte mia.
Una ? è pure troppo!!!!!
Telephone department rather poor customer service x not to say bad, in addition to the umpteenth waiting for orders present at the counter and ineffective, they managed a telephone replacement in an unprofessional if not absent way.
I can understand a perhaps inexperienced saleswoman or her first approach to the world of work, but from a shop manager I expected a completely different professionalism and courtesy towards the customer, which certainly was not lacking on my part.
