Chiamiamo la commessa del reparto pc (una signora sulla quarantina con gli occhiali) ed inizia il classico gioco per cercare di convincere la mia amica a prendere un pc ad un prezzo più alto. Su questo non ho assolutamente nulla da dire (è il classico gioco delle parti spetta al venditore cercare di “appioppare” il prodotto più costoso al cliente) se non fosse per il fatto che la signora in questione si lasciava scappare certi commenti poco piacevoli. Dopo aver più volte fatto riferimenti sul fatto che non fossimo capaci e non sapessimo nulla in materia cercando di appiopparci un pc più costoso, pacchetto Office e antivirus vari, e dopo essersi sentita dire l’ennesimo no da parte nostra arriva a chiederci della garanzia casco aggiuntiva. Rifiutiamo e la commessa si lascia scappare in modo moooooolto plateale un bel “bah senza parole”. Al che le ho risposto pacatamente di fare il proprio lavoro e di evitare certi commenti e mi son sentito dire un bel “fai tu il tuo lavoro”. Dopo aver pagato ne ho parlato con il personale in cassa dell’accaduto.
