Il flacone è difettato, la schiuma esce liquida ed è evidente che il problema sia di fabbrica. Ovviamente non ho lo scontrino perché onestamente non dovrei provare il prodotto, assicurarmi che funzioni e poi buttare via la ricevuta. Queste cose possono anche succedere.. Infatti il vero problema è che in questo punto vendita non hanno potuto cambiarci il prodotto perché non avevamo più lo scontrino; trovo davvero inconcepibile che il vostro gestionale non vi permetta di fare un reso di questo tipo soprattutto se la colpa è vostra e non del cliente. Sottolineo inoltre che, come ci ha confermato la commessa, quel giorno abbiamo utilizzato la nostra card arcaplanet quindi ribadisco che sembra davvero impossibile che non ci sia un numero scontrino associato alla nostra tessera. Non si fa così mi dispiace, anche se non si tratta di cento euro non si fa, è una questione di principio. p	paolo Busato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo di aver già recensito Arcaplanet, in fattispecie il negozio di Oderzo, ottimo con molto assortimento e non è mai affollato, ma il mio pensiero è, che Arcaplanet inteso come catena di vendita, punta troppo sull' on-line, io preferisco ancora il negozio fisico ?
