★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il prenotabee carino il front office, meno la parte gestionale, interfaccia minimale con opzioni indispensabili per far funzionare il servizio praticamente nascoste (ok leggere la documentazione ma l'interfaccia non è per niente intuitiva) ...sistema di alert non pervenuto...Ho impiegato due giorni per inserire le prenotazioni di un vecchio sistema A MANO perchè il foglio esempio di excel per invio massivo dei dati non era scaricabile ( link interrotto). Morale... a un certo punto non funziona più, per cui un migliaio di prenotazioni perse...non hanno un sistema di backup per il ripristino, e soprattutto non è possibile scaricare le prenotazioni in formato excel o csv...non è possibile dalla lista prenotazioni inserire prenotazioni "a mano" (scomodo).
L'assistenza c'è ed è celere e cortese ma nei fatti con un altro fornitore di servizi per la prenotazione la cosa l'ho risolta in un paio d'ore...va bene se dovete fare piccole prenotazioni magari con orari sempre uguali per i giorni della settimana. Per il resto...è un rischio.
I bought the nice bookbee the front office, minus the management part, minimal interface with essential options to make the service work practically hidden (ok to read the documentation but the interface is not intuitive at all) ... alert system not received. ..I took two days to enter the reservations of an old HAND system because the example sheet of excel for sending massive data was not downloadable (broken link). Moral ... at a certain point it doesn't work anymore, so a thousand lost bookings ... they don't have a backup system for restoring, and above all it is not possible to download bookings in excel or csv format ... it's not possible from the reservation list to insert reservations "by hand" (inconvenient).
The assistance is there and it is fast and courteous but in fact with another booking service provider I solved it in a couple of hours ... it's okay if you have to make small reservations maybe with always the same times for the days of the week. For the rest ... it's a risk.
