Smette di funzionare, chiedo telefonicamente se รจ possibile portarlo per controllarlo/ripararlo. Mi rispondono affermativamente.
Arrivo in negozio e vengo accolto da una persona scostante che mi liquida con un "ma questi cosi non li ripara piรน nessuno". Nulla da obiettare in merito, ma se questo รจ il trattamento riservato a chi prova a non comprare online (risparmiando dei bei soldi), allora meglio comprare su internet.
Mi dispiace lasciare recensioni negative, ma di fronte alla cafonaggine credo di non avere alternative.
Three years ago I bought a wireless video intercom, paying โฌ 300
It stops working, I ask by phone if it is possible to take it to check / repair it. They answer in the affirmative.
I arrive in the shop and I am greeted by an unfriendly person who dismisses me with a "but nobody can fix these anymore". Nothing to object to, but if this is the treatment reserved for those who try not to buy online (saving good money), then better buy on the internet.
I am sorry to leave negative reviews, but in the face of naivety I think I have no alternative.

โ โ โ โ โ Centro tecnico componentistica elettrica e video gia' da anni sulla piazza e devo dire che hanno sempre garantito competenza e disponibilita' dalla vecchia guardia a quella nuova.
Technical center for electrical and video components already on the square for years and I must say that they have always guaranteed competence and availability from the old guard to the new one.
