★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio buono e personale preparato ma è impossibile mettersi in contatto telefonico con il negozio in quanto non rispondono. Questa cosa è assolutamente da migliorare.
 Good shop and trained staff but it is impossible to contact the shop by telephone as they do not answer. This thing absolutely needs to be improved.

One star is too much! Bad customer service. After 8 phone calls, unable to speak to news support on a tablet under repair from January 25th !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unieuro lo conosciamo tutti, quello che fa la differenza in certi tipi di negozi è il personale ed in questo particolare punto vendita non eccelle né per gentilezza né per preparazione,sono andato i primi di dicembre,negozio semi vuoto e par parlare con un addetto ho dovuto aspettare 10 minuti inoltre non mi ha neanche saputo aiutare, quello che cercavo ho dovuto trovarlo da solo mentre il commesso mi aveva detto che non lo avevano. Se sapete cosa dovete prendere ok ma se cercate consiglio forse è meglio rivolgersi altrove.
We all know Unieuro, what makes the difference in certain types of shops is the staff and in this particular store it excels neither for kindness nor for preparation, I went in early December, the shop was semi-empty and I wanted to talk to an employee. he had to wait 10 minutes and he didn't even know how to help me, what I was looking for I had to find by myself while the clerk told me they didn't have it. If you know what you have to take ok but if you are looking for advice maybe it is better to go elsewhere.
