Sono stato obbligato a pagare un controllo di 50€ più altri €50 per la sostituzione olio. Dal controllo è risultato tutto ok e dopo meno di 30 minuti dal montaggio il motore si è fermato!!! Rismontato tutto e riconsegnato per la rettifica, altri €175. Allucinante!!! 275€ per la sostituzione/revisione di due motori!!! Su internet ne avrei ricomprati due nuovi con tutti gli accessori a corredo e mi avrebbero dato il resto!! Conosco il proprietario, Daniele, con cui si è accesa una discussione per il prezzo finale!! E’ giusto da cliente lamentarsi, o no?? Sgarbato e maleducato ha insinuato sul fatto che io fossi tirchio!!! Come possono permettersi certi atteggiamenti dei pseudo - professionisti e manifestarsi con tale brutale atteggiamento nei confronti di clienti!!! Ho dichiarato che non avrei più messo piede in quel negozio ed il titolare ha quindi dimostrava la sua vera veste!!! Se volete pagare il doppio senza la dovuta garanzia, non avere la post assistenza obbligatoria per legge ed avere a che fare con maleducati, la porta della DM Elettronica è sempre aperta…!! I just left DM Elettronica where I had to pay for the service twice. I was forced to pay a € 50 inspection plus another € 50 for oil replacement. From the check everything was ok and after less than 30 minutes from the assembly the engine stopped !!! Disassembled everything and returned for rectification, another € 175. Hallucinating !!! 275 € for the replacement / overhaul of two engines !!! On the internet I would have bought two new ones with all the accessories supplied and they would have given me the rest !! I know the owner, Daniele, with whom a discussion about the final price has started !! Is it right as a customer to complain, or not? Rude and rude he insinuated that I was stingy !!! How can they afford certain attitudes of pseudo - professionals and manifest themselves with such brutal attitude towards clients !!! I declared that I would never set foot in that shop again and the owner therefore showed his true role !!! If you want to pay double without the due guarantee, do not have the post-assistance required by law and have to deal with rude ones, the door of DM Elettronica is always open… !!

Sono ritornato per un non funzionamento e con un sorriso è stato risolto tecnicamente il problema. Negozio raccomandabile. I found the goods I was looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful.
